Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Marriott Knoxville Downtown was a mix of great and some not-so-great. The location was perfect for my husband's speaking engagement at the Convention Center, really convenient. The check-in process was super easy and the room itself was spacious and clean. However, I was let down to find the hot tub closed and tiled over in the pool area, which was a bummer. Plus, I heard a lot of noise from emergency vehicles nearby at night, which disrupted my sleep a bit.
I had a nice stay at the hotel, enjoying its modern vibe and great location near Market Square and the Convention Center. The room was comfortable and clean, but I did face some housekeeping issues during my six-day stay. Additionally, service at breakfast was a bit understaffed, which impacted my experience.
I had a mix of experiences during my stay, with some positives and a few frustrations. The hotel's location is fantastic, sitting right downtown and close to various attractions. While I appreciated the efficient check-in process and the comfort of my room, I encountered issues with staff interaction that could definitely be improved. Overall, I would stay again due to the convenience, but I hope for better service next time.
I enjoyed my stay at Marriott Knoxville Downtown. the location was fantastic, putting me within walking distance of many attractions like Market Square and World's Fair Park. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a delicious buffet that was definitely worth the price. However, parking was an added cost that I didn't appreciate. and the noise from the street could be quite disruptive during the night.
I enjoyed my stay at Marriott Knoxville Downtown due to its excellent location and clean, comfortable rooms. However, I encountered some challenges, particularly with the service at the front desk, which was sometimes cold and unhelpful. Overall, it was a good experience, but certain aspects could be improved.
